Our Jewelry


How should I care for my jewelry to assure a long life?


Treat your jewelry with respect.
Always remove your jewelry when washing hands, showering or swimming.
Never leave jewelry in extreme heat or extreme cold.
Always apply lotions, perfumes or hairspray before putting on jewelry.
Use a dry soft cloth or silver polishing cloth for cleaning. Never submerge in a cleaning solution, water or silver cleaner.
Always store your jewelry in a separate small bag.

Can I get my jewelry repaired?


Jewelry repair is available.  Should we have to send it back to the manufacturer for repair, it could take approximately 4-6 weeks. We always try to repair here in the states when possible.  If no longer within our guarantee period, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance costs and a repair charge may also apply.   Please note that repairs will be honored for manufacturers defects, not abuse or miscare, so take proper care of your jewelry.

Do you special order?


Yes, we accept special orders with a 50% down non-refundable deposit. Otazu special orders generally take 8-10 weeks.  Our other designers generally take 4-6 weeks.

Policies and Guarantee


Do you have a guarantee on your jewelry?


Otazu Jewels come with a 6 month guarantee.  All other designers have a 30 day guarantee.  We repair or replace it for free during that time period.  After that time, repairs are available.  See our repair policy.

What is your return / exchange policy?


If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it, within three days from receipt of your goods, for a full store credit (less shipping charges) that can be applied towards another item from our store at any time in the future.
Return authorization is required on all returns.  Simply email us before sending back the item for a return authorization number (RA#).  Please write this RA# on the outside of your package.  All unauthorized returns will be sent back at the sender's expense Shipping charges will be applied to any exchanges.
All items being exchanged must be accompanied by your original receipt.  All tags, cards and/or pouches must be included.

Are shipping charges refundable?


Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If my jewelry arrives damaged during shipping, how do I make a claim?


Any shipping damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep all packing material for inspection by shipper. Damage must be noted on shipping slip.

What are my shipping options?


We offer shipping from these major ground Carriers - USPS, UPS or FED EX.  For large items we use a Shipping Professional.  You will be able to choose your preference at the time you place your order.
All orders are shipped within 1 business day after receipt of payment and sometimes the same day of the order.
